Now the question is, is this just an unmotivated fear and would i be wasting my time and further compromising my health by training at lets say, 1200-1400 daily calories for a short while, or am i right and jumping to 2000+ would just net me a lot of fat gains and few to none muscles, in the first weeks, due to my body not being used to this many calories and the fucked up hormonal levels?
